	I have a domain , All domain controllers are running win 2000 server, now i want to add an additional domain controller in win 2003 Server. Is it posible? how?

	We have a simple doamin, in this domain we add a laptop as a client. Our server is Win2000, but that laptop os is winXPprof. After that we can ping from laptop to server but cant ping from server to that laptop( Also cant ping from other machines to that laptop). And from laptop we can go to domain and access all the computers except one. And we cant access that laptop from server also, but from that server we can access all other domain computers. First we disable the network security and check, same proplems occured. If any solution??????//
